Great blog! Promotional items are the best way to retain and gain customers. Everyone likes a free gift and what better way to put a smile on your face than to receive a mug, mousepads or some sweets!
I think promotional products do work as they’ve been used by businesses for years. I think the strength of this method though does boil down to the gift recipient and the actual product you choose. I guess promotional advertsing is just one method though but it does offer a kind of tangibility that others types of marketing methods do not offer.
